TKPK needs an upscale resturant with white table cloths and napkins and candles on the table. A fireplace would be nice too. I would also like to see a British / Irish Style pub ala Fado at Gallery Place. This is a place where GOOD pub food would be served and music acts could perform nightly. Families would feel comfortable coming and playing board games with their kids while having a beer and a sandwich. This would be a perfect complement to a movie theatre in Old Town TKPK. BUY THE TAKOMA THEATRE and turn it into an arthouse like Bethesda Row Cinema.

My typical meal eaten out is combined with another reason for going to wherever it is a movie theater often, sometimes an errand or shop. Very occasionally I will try a new restaurant just because I read a good review, even though I don’’t have another purpose to be in the area.
